1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ATS.rip, operated by AIKON Media, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

ATS.rip provides technical CV/resume optimisation designed to improve machine-readable structure, wording, keywords and formatting for Applicant Tracking Systems (opens in a new tab). Standard optimisation works with your existing CV/resume, while Targeted optimisation also uses the job description you provide. ATS.rip does not provide recruitment or career advice and cannot guarantee how any particular ATS or employer will interpret or use an optimised CV/resume.

3. AI-generated optimisation

ATS.rip uses artificial intelligence to optimise the information you provide. The service is designed to preserve the factual content of your CV/resume while improving its structure and wording, but AI-generated output may still contain errors or wording that is not suitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing the optimised CV/resume before using it for a job application.

4. User responsibilities and lawful use

You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the materials you provide and for ensuring that you have the right to use them. You must not upload malicious code, attempt to interfere with the security or operation of ATS.rip, or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

5. Payments

ATS.rip is offered as a one-time paid service and does not require a subscription. You can preview your optimised CV/resume before payment. Payment is required to save the optimised CV/resume as a .docx file. Prices are displayed before checkout and include VAT where it applies. Nothing is added at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Refunds: because you review the complete optimised CV/resume before paying, purchases are final. When you consent at checkout to immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal for digital content lapses, as consumer law permits. If our delivery log shows that the .docx file was never delivered to you, we refund the payment in full. Contact support within 14 days of the purchase.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where the service is not supplied as agreed, you may have legal rights to remedies depending on the law that applies to you.

7. Intellectual property

The ATS.rip name, branding, original design, written content and proprietary code created by AIKON Media are owned by AIKON Media or used under applicable rights. Third-party software, services, trademarks and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You retain any rights you have in the CV/resume, job description and other material you provide to ATS.rip. ATS.rip does not claim ownership of your submitted content. You may use the optimised output for your own career purposes.

8. Service limitations and liability

ATS.rip cannot guarantee that an optimised CV/resume will be parsed, ranked or evaluated in a particular way by any Applicant Tracking System, recruiter or employer. We do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers or other recruitment outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AIKON Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of ATS.rip. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability or statutory consumer rights where they cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy

Your use of ATS.rip also involves the processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory protections you may have under the law that would otherwise apply to you.
