Intellectual property rights

The ATS.rip name, branding, original design, written content and proprietary code created by AIKON Media are owned by AIKON Media or used under applicable rights. Third-party software, services, trademarks and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit AIKON Media's proprietary content or software without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Country detection for pricing uses the IP Geolocation by DB-IP (opens in a new tab) database (CC BY 4.0).

Service limitations

ATS.rip is designed to improve the technical ATS compatibility of CVs/resumes, but AIKON Media cannot guarantee how any particular Applicant Tracking System, recruiter or employer will parse, rank, evaluate or use an optimised document. Service availability may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues or third-party service availability.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability where such rights or liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
