ATS.rip was created to solve a critical flaw in modern recruitment. The current system is fundamentally broken. Every day, highly qualified candidates are automatically rejected simply because algorithms cannot read their document formatting. Our mission is to provide a fast, secure, and effective tool that translates your human skills into machine-readable data.

The company behind the tool

ATS.rip is developed and operated by AIKON Media, a digital design and technology company based in Denmark. We prioritize user privacy above all else. When you use our service, your data is processed strictly for optimization. We never gain access to your data, and therefore are unable to store, share, or sell your personal information.

Leadership and vision

AIKON Media is founded and run by Thomas Larsen, a digital designer with more than 25 years of professional experience in digital communication, content strategy, and tech innovation. The company is built on a strict foundation of transparency, clean design, and user-centric problem solving.
